Autoridad, legalidad y la paradoja temporal de libertad en Hannah Arendt

Resumen

El objetivo de esta investigación es cuestionar la concepción tradicional de libertad política asociada a Hannah Arendt, argumentando que su enfoque, centrado en la acción espontánea y en la dimensión temporal del futuro, resulta insuficiente para comprender la naturaleza política de ciertos fenómenos de su teoría asociados a la legalidad y la autoridad. Mediante un análisis detallado, se examinan los límites de esta aproximación, considerando la necesidad de estabilidad, continuidad e institucionalidad en el ámbito político. La investigación finaliza con la afirmación de la necesidad de una nueva concepción de libertad que incluya la dimensión inter-temporal de la teoría arendtiana, reconociendo el valor no solo del futuro, sino también del pasado como una categoría política fundamental.
